Hi, I'm Jen.

I'm an Army brat, (retired) Air Force wife, and mom to two amazing kids. I thrive on learning, creating, taking chances, and thinking outside of the box.... well all that, and singing Broadway show tunes ;)

Thanks to the military, I have had the good fortune to live and travel all over the world. I’ve enjoyed different cultures, foods, and attempted new languages. And as any military spouse will tell you, that life is not for the faint at heart. You must be strong-willed, independent, flexible, and resourceful. And between that, and did I mention the show tunes?, my entrepreneurial cup overfloweth!

When it comes to creative endeavors, I've done 'em all. Seriously, pick one, I'm sure I've done it! But performing has been my life blood for as long as I can remember. I was cast in my first opera at age 7, went to college on a full-ride scholarship for musical theatre, I was the lead singer for an amazing 19-piece Big Band, I played a girl, playing a guy, playing a girl as a Cagelle in Las Cage Aux Folles and much more!

That's why I was briefly crushed when a nasty little virus called COVID hit, and my opportunities to be on stage and on camera came to a screeching halt. Ever the mover and shaker, I jumped at the chance to reinvent myself as an actor, by stepping off the stage and into a booth. I'd already spent decades behind a microphone, so it was surprisingly smooth, though no less challenging, to transition to the next chapter in my performance career as a voice actor. Whether it’s voicing commercials, eLearning projects or creating a voice for an animated character, I am embracing this amazing world of voice over.

When I'm not in the booth, I love being outdoors, woodworking, trying whacky Yoga challenges, and enjoying an ice-cold beer. I also make it a point to support and give back to the VO community where I can:

- I am the co-host of VO Booth Besties, a podcast dedicated to supporting new and working voice talent

- I speak at Voiceover Conferences as a business and marketing expert

- I teach a webinar on how to best utilize LinkedIn as a voice actor and

- I am the business development manager for a fantastic VoiceOver casting platform called CastVoices
